Traveling across the country and our F250 needed the Jasper transmission replaced. These folks are what service is all about. They knew we had family plans to go to Maine with 2 of our grandchildren and that we were already delayed. They got the new transmission installed as soon as it arrived and had us ready for the road in 2 days. I now have Five Points Motor Company in my file as a go-to mechanic when in North Carolina. They even cleaned my doggone rims!

I had Five points put a new motor in a 2013 suburban wirh the dod delete. Excellent work! The communication was great, the shop is clean and organized. They had great recommendations regarding other issues they encountered, like upgrading the suspension away from the problematic air suspension. An excellent recomendation and I love the ride now! You may think their pricing is high, but it is not...it is right on for the excelllent level and quality of work they do. I highly recomend them!!

Blew a rear interior tire on my older 1977 F-350 dump truck a couple of days ago and was having a hard time finding someone locally who was familiar with that type of repair and equipped to fix it for me. A local car mechanic recommended that I take it to Five Points Motor Company just down the road between Jamestown and 311. The Bottom line is that… from start to finish I was so impressed with their demeanor , knowledge and service that I ended up having some other things fixed as well. Being a first time walk-in customer and in a situation where I had to have at least the tire work done soon… they could have easily taken advantage by charging me more. To my surprise the bill was definitely less than I anticipated. I am impressed… I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend them to others as well. Thank you Five Points Motor company.
